North Ray Solar Farm: The Planning Process
As of 31 December 2025, the threshold for solar farms that can be considered at a local level increased from 50 MW to 100 MW. TotalEnergies has now submitted a planning application for North Ray Solar Farm to East Lindsey District Council via the Town and Country Planning Act (TCPA).
Now that the planning application has been submitted, East Lindsey will then conduct its own statutory consultation before determining the application.
This will provide stakeholders, residents and other interested parties with another opportunity to provide feedback on our proposals.
