Personal information (such as your name and email address) will be securely stored for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and securely destroyed/deleted thereafter.
Aggregated insights might be published or shared with the relevant local planning authorities as part of a planning application. No personal data will be shared as part of this process.
