TotalEnergies is developing solar projects across the UK
TotalEnergies is making major investments in electricity from solar to meet the UK’s energy needs. We're developing several projects across England and Wales, amounting to around 1 GW of renewable power.
Projects
North Ray Solar Farm
North Ray is a proposed solar farm near the villages of Ludborough and North Thoresby in East Lindsey District Council, which would generate around 98 MW of electricity - enough to power over 45,000 typical family homes per year.
Hedgehog Grove Solar Farm
Located between Felsted and Bartholomew Green, the site would have the capacity to generate up to 98 MW of electricity, enough to power over 45,000 typical family homes per year.
Candwr Solar Farm
Candwr Solar Farm would have the capacity to generate up to 46 MW of electricity, providing renewable energy to the Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water Court Farm Treatment Works.
Staveley Solar Farm
Staveley Solar Farm is a new solar energy project in Rutland being developed by TotalEnergies and Anglian Water, the local water supplier.
Castle Hills Solar Farm
TotalEnergies is proposing a solar energy project to the south of Birmingham Airport that will power the equivalent of around 14,000 homes in the West Midlands.
